Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me :).
Officially twenty two years and one day.

I have been getting birthdaycards from over the world all week and apparently there are more on their way. Thanks to the DFF gang :).

My parents and my sister gave me a pair of earrings and the promise that they will chip in for my new laptop.

I learned that my friends know me a lot better than I thought. (which really shouldn't surprise me after the surprise party last year.)
I got a beautiful pair of earrings. A girl can never have enough earrings!
I got movie tickets, right at the moment that there are three or four different movies playing that I would like to see.
I got a gift certificate of my favorite music store. I love to browse the racks for hours there. Since my friend doesn't even know half of the band I listen to, I really like the fact that she lets me chose myself :).
And I got this amazingly cute story: Is it so wrong. Love it! Amazing how it sounds so like me and how all those little things we talked about found their way in there :).

My only birthday wish right now is that I will have more time to celebrate next year. All in all, I had a great day, including an internship offer I'll have to decline. But I just have so much things to do. Finals are next week, Breanna's bday is on Sunday, I have papers to finish... I'm counting down to next Friday.
But even though I don't really know where my head is at this point, I still went out for drinks with some friends. We ended up at karaoke. Where is the time that karaoke was all about having fun, no matter how bad you sing? I did not take up the mic, but I had fun and a few good laughs.

I would like you to dance, take a cha-cha-cha-chance. You say it's your birthday. It's my birthday too, yeah.
